"Small, quiet hotel with a fantastic location in the Arts District. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and the shower is great. I did wish that the hotel had a gym. One thing to keep in mind is First Friday, which is a loud street festival that takes place on the first Friday of every month. If your room faces Main you will hear it. We managed to fall asleep by 11, though. I would stay at this hotel again without question. "

"I arrived at the D hotel at 1pm, I asked if I could check in early with a fee and the front desk stated that there was no rooms available but I would be put on a list once my reservation was ready. I came back at exactly at 3pm, the check in time and the front desk clerk told me that my room wasn’t ready that I would get a text msg letting me know when it was. I stood there confused thinking that I am paying for a room that’s not even ready. The clerk/she kept on saying the same thing for...

"Clean and stylish room but lack of amenities like other hotels in the area. The room was beautiful but bare. No free water no fridge microwave or coffee. Free parking when you ask them for it. "

"Great location! Staff is great and welcoming, rooms are clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately there were a lot of kids at the property the first 2 days (Easter weekend) which made it impossible to relax at the pool, so we didn't even try. Also, little children with floaties just don't belong in the hot tub! One more suggestion, if the hotel is not fully booked, rooms right next to each other shouldn't be occupied if avoidable. The walls are paper thin! Between an alarm clock beeping...
