"Nice hotel excellent service excellent location but is expensive"

"Very spacious 3 bedroom suite, however there was no internet signal on the 3rd floor. I had to take my tablet to the main floor if I wanted to connect to wi-fi - extremely frustrating. Also, no fitted sheet on the mattresses. One sheet laid on the mattress, and then the comforter. I would prefer to be sleeping between sheets - I don't think the comforter cover would be washed between guests??? Note: Expedia description is also incorrect, as they state laundry facilities and complimentary...

"Überragendes Appart-Hotel mit großen, komfortablen und gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Das Personal ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man muss nur damit rechnen, dass das Hotel mitten im Zentrum liegt – das heißt: Das Auto parkt man 5 Minuten entfernt und läuft dann ein kurzes Stück. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön dekoriert, allerdings etwas teurer. Aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, dort zu Abend zu essen! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!"

No key to lock the door as the card swipe was unavailable due to power outages No food, resting closed No wifi so couldn’t get delivery Also I and my 3 kids were covered in bug bites I found two on the bed"
