They were always helpful and even allowed us to leave our luggage when we came back a few days after checking out which was very convenient. It’s close to the museum and the city centre. "Yes the air conditioning worked. There were good restaurants around that the staff guided us to, but we ate in our room because it was so nice and private and the staff brought in restaurant food for us that we ordered. We were able to walk to the museum and the pyramids were a short taxi ride away. They booked us an expert at Saqqara and he was the best. We also had a juccuzi in our room. GREAT hotel and staff. "
