The staff were very welcoming on arrival. Lots of parking spaces available and excellent choice of food in the pub/restaurant. Very comfortable room which was just what we needed for the nights stay.

Lovely old building, great staff and excellent food. Its our 2nd stay there, only because its sometimes hard to get a room and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Ideal location for whatever your needs are. Very relaxed atmosphere.

I am absolutely appalled by the service received by Haworth Old Hall. Booked a night away via Expedia. Confirmation of booking received immediately. Over 24 hours later - the day of check in, I got a phone call advising they had double booked and there was no room available for us. We had to cancel everything as all other Haworth hotels were fully booked. I have emailed and rang them and messaged on here - no response - they have taken my money and have not refunded it - do not trust here

Our room was very dated and run down, in desperate need of refurbishment. Shower leaked everywhere, plaster peeling and damp and mould all over. The £120 room only per night was far more than it’s worth. The bar is nice and the food is reasonably for a pub, it’s not a restaurant. Location is good and has parking which is rare for Howarth.

Great location, just at the bottom of the Main Street. All the staff were excellent, going above and beyond to help me out in returning an item I’d left behind after my stay. My room was spotless with a great shower!

Haworth Old Hall is in a good location with plenty of parking. It serves good food & drink and the staff very friendly. A little attention to DIY (main door handle loose & water stain on the ceiling) would make it even better.

We stayed on one of the warmest nights this year. A fan had been put in our room earlier on to ensure it was lovely and cool. The room was a good size. It was clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Parking is a plus. Good food in the pub too.

No one to greet me so had to guess which room was mine. No info in room for wifi etc. Tea and coffee but no water (in August). Damp in one corner, mould in the other. Mouldy window frames that didn’t close properly. Managers not interested, blamed Head Office.

We were the only ones staying. Bedrooms were basic. Shower so small & shampoo/conditioner were outside shower and could not access. Kettle could not be filled at sink due to size. Menu advertised for breakfast was not what was given. I ordered a continental breakfast to be served cereal & toast. Menu said croissant, fresh fruit, yogurt & granola. Very disappointing. Wait staff had no clue on how to do their job nor any knowledge of the menu. The building itself was lovely and location wonderful.
