"This was an awesome experience! It was very cool to wake up and see horses on the plains. The heated blankets/beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean! Check in process was very easy and parking was convenient. This place is a unique experience and I would definitely stay here again!"

"OMG!!! Highly highly recommend this experience. We went and feed horses. They do not come up to your personal cabin, but you can go and pet/feed them snacks inside of fence, we brought apples, cut them in pieces and horses seem to enjoy it.
And toiletries in shower, omg!! That was some luxury experience."

"This place is amazing. The hosts are warm, kind, and welcoming, even giving us a tour of their facility (and the swimming horses!). We woke up every morning and went to bed every night watching the horses through our large window. The room was very spacious and included everything we needed—a stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. It was a perfect spot to use as our home base for our adventures. Very calm and quiet, and close enough to both Vik and Reykjavík. We will definitely be back on...

"I contacted the property more than a month before my stay to ask whether the construction was near the cabins, and was told there would be no construction during the summer. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was active construction with piles of dirt and construction vehicles visible, which took away from the peaceful atmosphere the property is designed to provide.
We were assigned one of the rear cabins, which was closest to the construction area. Instead of the unobstructed waterfall view...
