"The front desk lady was lying on the couch in the lobby when we arrived. After we checked in, she mentioned that she had lots of sad kids staying at the hotel because someone had puked in the pool and it didn't matter how much bleach she dumped in there, she couldn't get it back to safe swimming levels. "The place is well-decorated, quaint, clean, and quiet. Nicole was very kind, cheerful, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay very nice and relaxing. The spot is also very convenient, being near to downtown where all the shops are, being next to a small park you can jog at, but still being far away enough from establishments so you have a nice, quiet evening. It was great, I would come back again."

"Main elevator was down the whole 4 days of our stay. Door lock on room needed to be replaced as card keys didn't work. No housekeeping was done for the 3 days we were there & ran out of towels/ toilet paper. When trying to call front desk after 2 rings a recording says front desk not available call back later. Very frustrating"

"Great customer service some of the building is a bit dirty and the breakfast was great as well but the room wasn’t the best either the bathroom door was broken and the charger sports were broken etc overall a good stay oh and they tried to charge my card 3X times after the stay beware"
