"The person at the check-in desk was very nice and helpful. My biggest complaint was this was for a two day stay and I left the hanger on the outside of the door asking for our room to be cleaned for the next night because we needed additional towels and garbage taken out. They did not do anything to the room at all so upon arriving back at the hotel after a long day at the ballpark, we had to make the trip to the front desk to take our used towels and get new towels. Also we didn’t have any room in our garbage cans for trash we had that night."
