"This was exactly what is on the pictures, a beautiful modern open plan house that is clean and fresh The hot tub was ready to use and was amazing Would recommend this property to anyone "

"Just a one night stay while working in Kirkcaldy, had the superior single room. Due to the stormy weather I couldn’t keep the window open which made the room rather warm. Didn’t use any of the facilities so won’t comment. Would I stay here again, yes, if it was as cheap."

"Quick easy check in. Clean hotel. Breakfast service perfect. Very helpful staff. Great hotel overall"

"Excellent"

"Friendly staff, top facilities"

"They had the room ready early, bed was comfortable & absolutely loved the staff!!! So convenient to trams, train & bus stop."

"Hotel is in the process of being refurbished and updated but we were not disturbed by the renovations. Our room had been updated and was lovely, clean and very comfortable. The restaurant, bar and reception had been updated and are stunning. Breakfast had an amazing selection of food including Scottish fare! Best choice we’ve ever seen! Our evening meals in the bar were delicious too. Highly recommend!"
