Had dining credit for dinner. Was told the restaurant was closed. Also our room keys were deprogrammed an hour and 15 minutes prior to check out. The staff was annoyed when we asked for help into our room.

Hyatt Regency Miami
We did enjoy the hotel and location. We stayed here before boarding our cruise. I loved the location breakfast. Loved to take the stroll in the morning along the water all the way the Bayside.

Hyatt Place Miami Airport-East
The TV was broke, had light spots shining through. When i asked for another TV i was told they couldn't help. They did offer to switch rooms but most likely that TV was bad as well. The carpet was very stained and dirty. Room phone only worked on speaker phone. Pool was very dirty.
