Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean enough and bed was comfortable. Small and basic but good for the price. For adult and 17 and 8 year old they only provided a king size bed which was not satisfactory so had to pay Extra for a single bed to accommodate us better which I thought was a bit cheeky as as if we would want a massive bed in a family room, however to be fair to me this was put in immediately and well organized.

The staff were very attentive from the moment we arrived, the room was lovely and you could see and smell how clean it was. We went for dinner in the meal was really good with good presentation and tasted lovely. Our breakfast was a very good size, there was plenty of variety to choose from too. All in all and great stay and we have already booked to go back.

Just a quick stopover stay. It's nothing fancy but it served It's purpose. The room was ok, beds (twin bedded room) were comfortable. The only 2 complaints I have are. There was only a socket at the side of one bed and there was no chair. The breakfast was very nice, all the usual food you would expect. I'd stay again.

Brilliant stay here, and the most amazing helpful chap on reception who did everything he could to ensure our stay went to plan. We normally stay at the nearby Cheshford Grange hotel but thought we’d give this hotel a try as close to showjumping champs at Stoneleigh Park and needed a room for 3 people. The room was clean, beds were huge, nice shower and had aircon. The food was also fantastic - recommend the curry which is authentic. Unbelievable price too, we will be back!

The accommodation was comfortable but basic. We did pay for breakfast but although adequate there was no low calorie options. The restaurant was having a refit so breakfast was served in tne bar. Staff were very willing to help as far as they could. No charge fir parking.

All in all you get what you pay for. Alot of the hotel has been updated but you can see some parts are are a little old and worn. Everything was clean and tidy and staff were great. Beds were clean but felt the springs of cheap mattresses. Would stay again.

Last minute booking as made a mistake on dates at intended venue Staff very helpful and evening meal - pretty basic- but ok, "rustled up" just on restaurant closing time Room "fine & dandy" with bathroom of very modern fittings Breakfast - at reasonable extra charge- large and comprehensive Yes would be happy to stay again

Lovely hotel can’t complain about anything really apart from maybe put hairdryers in room but room was nice and clean. Nice food, not very busy so can’t comment on how it fairs when busy but staff bent over backwards and very friendly so I would say they would most likely be the same if busy. Would stay again if in the area.

Staff tried to be Friendly and helpful but definitely need more training. If they were unsure all they did was apologise. Rooms need some old, curtains coming off the tracks. No housekeeping for the 3 nights we were there. Don’t think they even came into the rooms let alone tidy up. Had to ask for toiletries, clean towels, tea & coffee etc. plugs didn’t fit sinks Continental breakfast just toast/ceral/yogurt& tin fruit. Had to ask for croissants etc. tried to see manager but never available in the 3 days we stayed. Not sure who owns it still says Ramada on board outside. All in all a poor stay would not go back again.

Had a 2 night stay at the hotel in an Executive suite. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming & helpful. It was a business stay on a Friday and Saturday. Parking was good directly outside. Spacious room, very clean and tidy- the bed was absolutely huge and so comfortable it was very luxurious to sleep in after a hard days work. There was a beautiful wedding on at the hotel and looked so beautiful and glamorous, it was lovely to see. Very much enjoyed the stay & would definitely stay again.
