"I liked that the property was big in size and had perfect rooms but one of the do not go to a single room when you have more than three people in the room anyway it was super nice."

"The team made the stay for us. Really nice, genuine and people. Special mention for the way breakfast is served and a shout out for the breakfast sandwiches and baked eggs! Great location for an easy walk into town and for longer walks along the coast."

"Our stay at the Breakwater Inn was great! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very nice woman who gave us clear instructions on where to park, where our room was, as well as menus for both the restaurant across the street Mabel's, and the restaurant in the hotel. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the water with two adirondack chairs. The bartenders were so friendly and made great drinks. Others that were staying at the hotel were just as friendly. I...

"The location of the Kennebunkport Inn is perfect. Parking is free and although not ample, we never had an issue. The room we got was cozy but totally fine for a couple. It was clean and bathroom updated. The continental breakfast was a welcome treat for a quick yogurt and coffee. It’s a small hotel, no elevator. So if you have walking issues, be sure to ask for a 1st floor room. "

"Family friendly, full of amenities. Excellent spot for families, not for couples looking for quiet or pool space. Bicycles available to ride to beach or town. Rooms have doors with windows so that people/kids walking by look right into the room. Pool is full of kids and is part of a pool membership which includes more kids than normal."
