"I had stink bugs in my room for 3 days. One landed in my bed. It was a shady location kind of hidden from the main road & shady characters to boot. The ice machine was broken and there was no coffee maker. The shower curtain didn't cover the tub, and therefore water got all over the floor."

"I will start by saying I reserved this room based on reviews. I even canceled from a different place. That was a big mistake! I’ll start with the property. It’s mediocre with people’s trash and barbecues in the back area. It looks like people live there on a pretty permanent basis so they hang around smoking by the front or back door. "Beautiful new facility! Only complaints were lights on sensors that turned off and on at will and lack of ice machine for the building. Every room has an ice machine in the freezer and they forgot to tell us to turn it on. Otherwise, a great place! Definitely would stay here again. Desk staff very friendly and helpful."

"The staff were extremely kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us. They welcomed us warmly upon arrival. They also allowed us to check in a little early and one staff rode the elevator up with us to show us how to get to the room. Quite refreshing for us who are in our senior years and have not adapted so well to today's ever changing technology. I wll highly recommend to all my friends and family members!"
