"Could not speak to anyone who could understand English! My job finished a day early so I wanted to check out a day early and get a refund but I was passed from one person to another and could not even speak to a manager as they were not on site most of the time! I would not go there again!"

Shower screen kept coming off the bath so bathroom flooded, lead flashing still hanging off over a year later. Clean apart from wear and tear. Unfortunately the room was not: 1) The bed was disgracefully bad - the springs on both sides of the bed are worn out, causing a person to roll off the bed unless they stay in the absolute centre of the bed. 2) Both of the armchairs are absolutely shot - the springs in both are now non-existent - they are so old and worn out.
