Hotel murah di Kenova

"Spacious and clean. remodeling is almost done. But still working on it. But it's quite."

"This facility is definitely not up to normal DoubleTree standards that I am accustomed to. The building is somewhat run down, no breakfast was included, king size room was extremely small, the TV only had local channels. When I booked the room it stated cable TV and breakfast. I would not stay there again."

"The room was clean, front desk staff was helpful for our late night check in. Breakfast staff was courteous and great… French toast and Belgium waffle with strawberries were all delicious and so were the sausage links. 5 star stay. Thank you!"

"The staff was rude, I booked a night for my son who was there for a job interview. Because I booked the room, they wanted him to produce verification for me since the card was in my name. My son had no phone so asked the clerk if he could use their phone to call me and I could verify and the clerk refused. He then asked the clerk if he could call and he refused. He turned my son away and he had to try to find another place to stay. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE...

"Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again."

"Very clean and cozy beds! The breakfast here is one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! On weekends though it doesn’t start until 7am. We were up super early so it would have been nice if it started at 6am. No complaints on anything else."

"While the property is in need of a facelift, the mattress was very comfortable! The bedding in our room was yellowed and didn’t smell clean. I called the front desk to get new pillowcases, but was told the office was locked. 🤔The towels were very thin but clean. The breakfast area was nice and food was ok! The motel is next to a busy train track with trains running all night. I must say at least the price was good!"

"All"

"It’s old and in need of renovation. The mattress itself was comfortable The hot tub was out of order and the breakfast was average at best."

"Pros: staff and dog friendly Cons: not clean, not kept up, bathroom door broken, toilet rocked, shower looked dirty, bathroom sink cracked, AC barely worked, sat something in front of door because it didn't feel secure, infested with stink bugs and had spiders"

"The room was dirty. Toe nail clippings on the floor and bathroom floor sticky . I had to mop my floor and get the vacuum from the front desk and vacuum. Bed was lumpy and wore out."

"Very clean and cozy cabin! Great price! Looking forward to checking in again this weekend!"

"Helpful staff, clean hotel, stay here if in the area"

"We were very impressed initially with this hotel. The room seemed clean and the pool area as well. We woke up unfortunately to Bed Bugs. Quickly gathered our belongings bagging what we could and notified the front desk. Also emailed the owner who never responded. Bed Bugs can be present in clean or dirty rooms but what is upsetting is the guy at the own/manager didn’t care to even respond to my message that’s terrible customer service."
