"The hotel is new, clean, and spacious. The staff was professional and accommodating. Breakfast was good…the same as most hotels I have patronized. The biggest downfall was that the parking lot was cordoned off as it had recently been paved. Customers had to park in the Panera Bread and/or Movie Theater parking lots. (My husband is a retired Hotel Manager…usually when a new hotel is built, the parking lot is paved PRIOR To OPENING!!!) As a person with disabilities I did not appreciate having to...

"Everything accessible. Kids running in the halls at night, bouncing above our room after 11:30. Kids ringing the door bell and running away."

"Depending on your need for staying in a motel Solano provides a nice respite. We chose a king room , which was brightly decorated. The room had a microwave which could accommodate a larger travel mug height and a larger width . Pleasantly surprised with this for our purpose of cooking / heating . They do not have and set up for continental breakfasts . The kitchen area has a small sink , above microwave, mini refrigerator and several cupboards . It is very homey as if you were going to stay...

"The room was missing so much, no iron, not enough towels, no shampoo or conditioner. The bed was not great and the bed frame was so cheap I felt like it would break with a simple movement. Keys kept not working and I had to go down 3 times to get them redone, pretty annoying."

"The room was not cleaned at all. We found a papa John’s pizza in the drawer and there was dog food on the floor (clearly from previous guests). We also found flowers and small sticks from outside on the floor. Very obvious that all was done was making our beds prior to our arrival. We asked for our sheets to get changed but housekeeping leaves at 11am. My son got sick from the breakfast that was offered and got some type of stomach bug since he was throwing up for the past 48hrs since we fed him...

"Lots of little crusty bits in the corners of the rooms. Hot breakfast was not hot and tasted stale, as if it had been re-heated (but only partially, because, as I said, it was not hot)."

"Hotel was quiet at night. Had problems 2 times with both card keys not working. Needed to ask for toilet paper twice, and a box of Kleenex once. We had a four person room, but got three towels. The remainder of the stay we only got two towels. They have plenty of parking at no charge. We didn't dine at the hotel, there were plenty of options within a few minutes that were cheaper."

"The air conditioning/heating unit was very loud. Made it very difficult to sleep at night. We turned it off when we were sleeping. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay."
