My room was fumigated without prior notice so when I came back that Night my Door was slightly open, needless to say I was surprised and escarde to find my Door unlock. "Very disappointed. The hotel asked, prior to my stay, if I had any requests. One that was offered was a room that was quiet (away from the street, etc.) and I asked for a quiet room..."quiet would be nice." The first morning I was awakened by several workers who were doing something in an adjacent room. They were extremely loud and this went on for several hours. "There were ants entering through the bathroom window, a booger on the ceiling, a large gap underneath the front door to the room (which the maintenance man did attempt to remediate with some limited success, although sunlight remained visible underneath the door), and zero soap in the shampoo and body wash containers in the shower for my first night. The staff were very pleasant and made every effort to remediate the cleanliness issues upon notification, but the room itself was way below par and...

"It’s all about the location! Great Staff. Close to literally everything. It’s a renovated hotel but they could include some basic things in the rooms like the fridge and the coffee machine for no cost, also the shampoo and conditioner where not the best. Our room view was a garbage corner (that was not on the Expedia picture) and the street noise sometimes was horrible, they should have noise cancelling windows. I could hear the garbage truck at 7am, it woke me up. "
