"My main complaint is that the bathrooms in your rooms do not have locks. For as nice as the hotel is, this should be updated. It’s a barn door with no lock on it. The restaurants at the hotel saved the day because if you went somewhere else, you had over an hour wait time. And the food and service was good at the hotel. Pools are nice but could be cleaned throughout the day because they get dirty so quick with all the traffic coming in and out."

"Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The convenience of the pool to the ocean made the trip for us. The point of vacation for us, is not to have to stay in the car the whole trip. We enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant, the breakfast and drinks and even dessert were amazing.
No complaints at all, we had kids in tow and enjoyed the beach being family friendly and enjoyable atmosphere."

"Amazing place to stay!!
The pool and beach were great. The staff were helpful and very nice. The room was clean and house service did a great job. A couple of days they even setup my daughter’s Barbie’s in the bed. It’s more of a family resort, lots to do for the kids. For me that was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again."
