"We always stay here when we visit. This is a central location to all the wineries. The first night, we were given the wrong room and had to move the next day. Mitchell took care of us and immediately comped us for that night. The room was clean. My only complaint is wish more towels were provided. After a long day, it is fun to sit by the fire and meet other people and share the winery experiences."

"Hotel had charm, given it's history; we liked that it was near the SMART train giving us the ability to explore other areas without driving; also Grossman's Deli adjoining the hotel was delicious, we ate there almost every day during our visit. Hotel is in a great location with restaurants nearby along with downtown Santa Rosa. The only negative was the noise of the early morning trucks that were making deliveries or collecting garbage daily. However, we would still stay here again since we are...

"The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was great, all fresh foods. Coffee wonderful. a very large variety of goodies. The room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the outside and inside entrance of hotel. I did not use hot tub. I would refer these hotels to friends."
