"The staff here is friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. Some small issues with pillows locking doors on porches etc. But overall good area and comfortable bedding."

"I usually don’t leave reviews for these things but I was so impressed by this hotel that I just have to. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is incredible. The thing that impressed me the most was the food. Usually at an all inclusive the food is just passable, not good, not bad. But the food at this place was amazing. Shout out to Chef Mercedes, she is a wizard in the kitchen. I would literally return to this hotel just to eat."

"This is a very nice resort to stay on. It’s clean the rooms are specious and clean the grounds are kept very nice. Pools are very nice. This hotel is a lil far out from the downtown area where everything is happening, some people are cool with that some may not like the 20 min ride back to the hotel. The staff was just ok, some were not as friendly as you would like but front desk guy kinda tall guy was very cool so was the valet guys in the afternoon. "We loved the Radisson and sitting on the balcony watching the ships go in and out of the canal. The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was wonderful and the restaurants were a plus."
