"This was a good hotel for families but I don’t recommend for couples as the noise from children yelling and squealing in the pools started very early and went on till almost 11pm at night which carried all the way up to the 10th floor. Also need to mention that the food was very very expensive for Vietnam. But it is on a lovely beach front location."

Not to mention the beach is restricted to a kid size area where you can’t even go out beyond the wave break. If your going to restrict guest to a single area at least invest in a grimace area. P.S. In Vietnam hotels have no authority over beaches, you can ignore them. But this hotel will threaten you if you don’t go to swim area dispute having absolutely no legal...

"The only negative I can truly say about the hotel is the location, we had to Grab food or taxi as it’s away from the beaches and restaurants. I do also think they need more lounge chairs at the pool. Staff was wonderful, facilities clean and well maintained. Every evening food trucks line up for the sunset which was wonderful to witness during our evenings there!"

Can't compliment the door Men enough, they were not only helpful but knew more then reception staff on where to go and how to get there! Our room in the old quarter was beautiful and the view amazing, would have been nice to have chairs on balcony. Our only con was the executive lounge, no coffee or tea through the day and stale snacks. They also don't do afternoon tea as advertised on their website, but the cocktails were great....
