"They want to charge be 8,460,00 for two loads of laundry. My fiancé also got a skin rash from the pool. They add too much chlorine. Not to mention the beach is restricted to a kid size area where you can’t even go out beyond the wave break. If your going to restrict guest to a single area at least invest in a grimace area. P.S. "This was a good hotel for families but I don’t recommend for couples as the noise from children yelling and squealing in the pools started very early and went on till almost 11pm at night which carried all the way up to the 10th floor. Also need to mention that the food was very very expensive for Vietnam. But it is on a lovely beach front location."
