The hotel did run a shuttle bus into Hoi an old town, but this was only 3 times a day. There were also building works across the road from the hotel which were very noisy in the early hours. "

Zudem wurden defekte Glühbirnen während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht ausgetauscht und ein Haupt- oder Lichtschalter am Zimmereingang fehlte.
