"Top spot, with well appointed, comfortable & quiet rooms (ocean pool villa is spacious). Excellent garden & grounds. Outside bathroom is the only annoyance, bitten by mozzies going to the loo or having a shower, but staff did supply mozzie spray which helped. Bit of a hard sell of the (very expensive) private cruise & massage on arrival, one argument over deceptive english language used to promote the happy hour cocktails, but all sorted out quickly & all staff were great, especailly at the main pool bar & garden restaurant. Top quality food for breakfast, lunch & dinner. One of the best wood-fired pizzas we've had (the Romana - but you have to pay extra for some cheese!). Wine list was a bit pricey, but excellent quality. Would return with enthusiam if travelling to Gili T."
Seri Resort Gili Meno - Adults Only

"The staff are amazing! They honestly make the stay that much better. The resort is in a good location and is easy to walk to the west side for a sunset drink or dinner. There are a few good warungs and restaurants in the area, including the Seri restaurant. The rooms are average but typical for Indonesia. The resort was quiet at night, except one night when there was an onshore wind and the music from Gili Air was pretty loud. The breakfast was good, with lots of options. The freshly made omelets were the best! Huge thanks to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable....huge shout out to Echo, he's a good man."

"Beautiful location with lovely staff and a decent swimming pool tucked away from the main road. Beach was lovely although regimented rules around towels became silly. English speaking morning manager (not local) spoke to staff rudely and 'benesth' her who h was the only let down of our stay."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Jago Gili Air and would highly recommend it. The room was gorgeous, comfortable and beautifully presented, but what really made our stay special was the staff. They were genuinely lovely, incredibly welcoming and somehow learned our names almost immediately. They made us feel properly at home throughout our stay. Every morning they prepared us the most beautiful breakfast, which was such a lovely way to start the day. There are also board games available to play in the evening, which is a great touch if you want to bring back some food or snacks and have a relaxed night in. We also appreciated that you could bring your own drinks to enjoy outside. The location is brilliant, with lots of amazing food options nearby, and it’s only around 5–6 minutes from some of the best snorkelling on Gili Air. We saw turtles and some incredible coral reef, so the location was perfect for us. The only area that could be improved is the pool. Unfortunately, it was a little cloudy during our stay and we found ourselves having to ask for the filters to be switched on. If the pool was clearer and the filtration system was running 24/7, with appropriate chlorine levels maintained, this would easily be a 5-star stay for us. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and the staff really made Jago Gili Air stand out. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it."
