"This is a great location to experience Fiji for the first time. There are two beaches included in the resort that are walking distance to each other. The food was great with lots of choice and good quality. The cocktails at the pool bar and drinks were delicious made by Oscar and Seru. "Please provide a better service in meal ordering. I waited an hour to get my food. Staff took wrong orders 3 times and I ended up canceling my lunch. Room service staff are great. Just need to better serve the customers at the restaurant. We are paying a lot of money to enjoy our vacation and lunch staff was not very nice."

"Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet."

"Clean, comfortable room with a lovely staff. I was a little surprised that the bungalows didn’t have a private bathroom though. I would have expected this at the rate that was charged. I was also surprised that there was no shampoo in the shared bathroom and hair dryers were not in the room or bathroom. I was able to get a hair dryer from the staff but some of these items weren’t really highlighted in Expedia’s description. Expedia also didn’t mention the meal plan. The food was very good...
