"Staff were the most attentive and friendliest group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure to be served by in a resort setting. Spa therapists were excellent and accommodating to my physical limitations. Brought the massages to our room rather than me having to walk to the spa. Grounds were meticulously groomed daily. Food was excellent in presentation, quality, and variety. This resort paid more attention to small details than any place we’ve stayed before."

"We loved the privacy of our bungalow. It really felt like we were alone. The staff went out of their way to make sure that those with children were grouped together. So that everyone could have a good time. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The property was beautiful and the snorkeling was exceptional."

"I booked this resort for myself and my two daughters and it was so beautiful. The beach waters are literally crystal clear turquoise water. The snorkeling was beautiful. The coral was so bright. The staff was 10 out of 10 so pleasant so kind willing to go above and beyond to make your stay happy. Special shout out to the all the bartenders especially Fresh and Ami. "Serenity Island Resort offered us a truly memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family. "Beautiful location. Right on the beach. The Bure (hut) was dated and well lived in with many repairs and painting over the years. I loved it. It was quaint, the beds were comfy, patio was shaded. Pathway was well lit. If you are looking to be pampered or catered to, don’t look here! If you are looking for basic low key accommodations to relax and read a book this is it. No fancy cocktails or gourmet meals. 3 meals a day and it’s take it or leave it. Portions are plentiful but very basic fare....

"The food was super good, I’d stay away from the lagoon house unless for pizza. The buffet for breakfast was awesome at Goji. Boo boo hands down has the best for. "Ehhhhhh. We had a major issue checking in regarding room. After a day of writing to Hilton corporate , we finally were able to get the results we needed. Thank you GM Solte for your help and assistance. Staff all around 10/10. Food needs help as well as some areas of resort. Serum at the spa was excellent. I’ll visit again only for a few nights only do to the staffs hospitality . "

"Spent 7 nights at the Sheraton, room was nice, clean, comfortable with good aircon and a ceiling fan. Island 619 breakfast and dinner buffets were good, but birds at breakfast time are a huge issue. We observed birds standing in the food and eating directly from the buffet daily and the staff did not seem to care or do much about it. Dont walk away from your plate, the birds will beat you back to the table! Spent most of our time at the Wet Edge bar and pool which was nicer and quieter than...
