"Excellent all round"

"Everything was really good overall, and I enjoyed my stay. However, I would appreciate it if the hotel could provide a wider range of TV channels, particularly Sky and sports channels. For such a large property, it was surprising that there were no Sky channels available and only a few basic TV channels. "Need 24hr room service for ppl who miss out on meal times if out doing activities and breakfast needs to have more standard westernised foods.,our whole stay nobody used the adult only pool as it was freezing cold an for some reason the kids pool had a swim up bar ,where the adult pool had nothing but deck chairs.,great idea to swap the areas as its very odd for a kids pool to have a swim up bar when adult pool has nothing. One last thing we noticed was between eating times you couldn't order...

"Lovely people, rooms were good. Beach has been largely washed away and a lot of sea weed in close made it hard to get out snorkelling with children. One day they had jet skis to help but that was only once out of 5 days. Was quite windy. Food options were quite basic. Would be nice to have some simple pizza options at dinner or similar to the bar menu available later in the day."

"Lovely place to stay! Very family oriented, with opportunity to experience the culture of Fiji on property. A little far from the any activities or things to do outside of the resort, so be prepared to stay on property or pay hefty taxi fare (by no fault of the resort) Great pool, yummy meals, and a killer place to watch a good sunset."

"A bit run down, nobody really there to serve guests. My bill was $1000 more than what we actually spent in 2 day stay, it took an hour for them to correct the $1900 extra they charged for a “helicopter ride” that never happened or was ordered. They never gave me my final bill at all and made me pay to leave on the boat. Pretty awful service but a pretty island."

"Fantastic place to stay, but not close To shopping for clothing and souvenirs. There are 2 small shops on the resort But not much to choose from. Staff is wonderful and nice to know they have a medical clinic on site if you need it! Very well kept property and the food was great’ Bula Bula!!"

"Great place to stay for holidaygoers who'd like to just relax at the resort -the beach is private but unsuitable for snorkeling and other water based recreation. The staff were very friendly. Activities at the resort and entertainment every night were fantastic. Convenient stay if tours are booked with resort transfers."
