"All excellent. Staff does need to add ice packs for severe edema incidents for guests coming off flights. (11 hr flight, both legs- extreme swelling, staff graciously and promptly made ice packs with plastic gloves. Subsided by day 2. Had a great time. TY . Store should also offer nude compression socks for these incidents...:)) "

"I was swinging my bag off the bed and hit the floor fan which fell over and broke. I took it up to the front desk to report it. They told me I would have to pay for it and I was happy to do so, as I broke it. I asked for another one bc I am a fan sleeper and they told me they did not have any extras. Sadly I went back to my room. About ten minutes later a knock at the door. They brought me a new fan! Great staff all around! The location was decent but the road in needs a lot of love! "

"Such a cosy comfortable place to stay for a family of 4. Beds were very comfy too & loved the daily room service to take our rubbish & tidy the beds. Very close to the Port and the inhouse pool was just enough for my children. Lovely Kelera had the best smile & service. Handy location and recommend this place for family's & those who would like to be close to the Port in walking distance. Room service was also welcomed and food great too. Family enjoyed their stay. "We went with our 6 and 9 year old kids for a week and it was the perfect vacation. The water around the resort is so calm and beautiful. It makes snorkeling and other water activities very easy to do with kids. The excursions are well priced and the food was very good. My kids loved taking the fish we got on our hand line fishing trip to the chef to prepare for lunch. My kids also enjoyed the kids center as they met new friends and had great activities. All of the staff members were so friendly...

"We booked a beachfront Buke, it was really cool, the view is amazing right onto the beautiful reef, took some great pictures. Very relaxing, wish I booked more nights as we only stayed for two nights so not quite enough time. Loads of activities to choose from. The food was good, we had the dining package and there were plenty of choices between the three restaurants! Special shout out to Atu, the staff at the restaurant and pool bar, super positive guy who made the stay even more enjoyable...
