"AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good. The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!"

"The overall resort was absolutely beautiful from the botanical plants to the pools. The activities and reception staff were very kind and helpful. The beach was great and well maintained as well. The food was okay. My partner did end up with food poising and was very sick one of our days unfortunately. We also found that the room was not incredibly clean when we arrived. There were children’s stickers in the shower and the bathroom counter was quite dirty. "

"Hot tubs and pool could use more frequent cleaning. Front desk staff could be more attentive to guests vs visiting with friends. Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was very cool. A four, but should be a five."

"Everything was perfect about this stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and room and bathroom was so spacious. Would definitely stay again. They respect your privacy and space, they do ask if you’d like room service which is appreciated. Easy to get in contact with host via what’s app. Location is great!! Conveniently located near food, night life, shopping centers, etc!!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"I stayed in the Family Selection and liked how close to the pool and The Nest restaurant we were. The food was great every time we ate breakfast, lunch or dinner there. All the restaurants we ate at were good overall, depending on what you ordered. The butler service was the best perk ever. Josue, Moises and Isaias were all incredible. They really went above and beyond to help us and provided top notch service. The complimentary sun shirts for our 13 year olds was a life saver (skin saver!)...
