"Incredibly good experience, we would return. The only challenge at all is the crowds at dinner time. If you go during a busy time you can wait over an hour to eat dinner. However on the plus side the staff are incredibly gracious, the facility is very nice, there's a lot of fun Hard Rock themed stuff, there are cool activities for the kids and for adults, and the entertainment team is top notch. It's just a great place to visit. "

"The hotel was very safe, and the staff was always very friendly. The only complaints I have are that the lounge chairs in the beach area were very old/dirty, and that the restaurants only opened on certain days. But even with all that, our experience was very pleasant. "Krystal Grand was very clean with workers always working to maintain cleanliness. So friendly and helpful even with language difference. It can get very loud with activities and music. The food was adequate but not exceptional. Most appreciated was the workers and hospitality! Pools were great, both family pool and adult pool with ocean views! The beach was safe and accessible! Highly recommend for an all inclusive resort!"
