"Staff was great. The screen door to the patio in unit E-3 is a pain to open. It could use some work. Other than that, happy with the stay, and would stay again on my next visit to Kona."

Zona muy ruidosa, aunque ya avisa el propietario, que si no quieres ruido te vayas a un resort. Se entiende que es ruidosa porque hay mucha vida playera. "Like: Large/spacious condo. good snorkeling bay nearby, 3 pools, ocean view, covered parking. pickle ball. well kept property and grounds. Most stuff was labeled in condo. Cable and internet TV. Gated community for security. Dislike: have to pay extra for A/C, but good window ventilation, so we didn't quite need it in August except one night. Some tricks w/ TV/remotes, TV didn't work in twin bedroom. Pools had concession/drink stands but those weren't open to get a complete resort feel. Vending...

"Friendly staff, excellent customer service, clean room with excellent accommodations, and great location. Ample parking. One of the side table lamps in our room was shorting in and out. We bought a replacement bulb ourselves, but that still didn’t fix it. We will definitely come again. "
