The Room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with modern comforts and a garden view. The staff were outstanding – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was arranging transport, suggesting activities, or delivering meals, they made us feel taken care of without being intrusive. We loved the peaceful surroundings. It’s far from the busy tourist spots, which makes it ideal for relaxing and recharging. The beach nearby is quiet and clean, and we felt like we had our own private paradise. Night time good for star gazing. Overall, Residences Bintan is a hidden gem – perfect for couples, families, or even solo travelers who want a luxurious and peaceful escape.
