"Beautiful and quiet property. Staff was super friendly. Pools were gorgeous, as was the beach. Very clean all around. Breakfast was expansive and staff were very generous with their service. All around, wonderful, quiet spot to rest and enjoy."

"We had a lovely stay overall and really enjoyed the experience. One important suggestion for the hotel would be to provide rubber non-slip mats in the rooms, especially when there are young children or elderly guests staying. My son unfortunately had a fall during our stay, and having a softer, non-slip surface in the bathroom would definitely help make it safer when the floor gets wet. Also, bring some maggi mee with you. You’re on an island and there really isn’t anywhere else to buy food, drinks or snacks other than from the hotel itself. Definitely worth bringing a few of your own snacks for those late-night hunger pangs. Overall, we had a great time and would happily come back. A few small improvements, especially around safety for children and elderly guests, would make the experience even better."

"Clean, spacious room with an adequate pool and nice gym. Breakfast buffet was also nicely curated. Short walk to One Batam Mall although no proper road crossing. Would definitely stay again!"
