"This was a newer property and is well-kept. Rooms were clean and exceeded my expectations.The staff and service were superb. The pool and poolbar was top-notch. Breakfast was quite good. It gets quite loud in the evening with karaoke or music from both the property itself and the neighboring hotel, but I think observing quiet-hours would alleviate some complaints."

"The reception desk was the the first encounter. One person was not very welcoming or friendly. Then was charged extra for my child. It wasnt a pleasant experience. It made me very frustrated and angry To the point I almost left to go to previous resort. But my kids and I were tired, hungry, and hot. During our stay the staff was super friendly and very accommodating and attentive to our needs (e.g. booked tuk tuks, rented a scooter etc. for us within minutes).
