"The room was clean, staff helpful and courteous, ample parking.
Friday through Sunday loud music from the bar above until 2am. Other nights parties can be heard up to 8pm. A convenience store on the property was a plus. TV was is a foreign language that couldn’t be changed in the menu. Location was in a remote area. Taxis and trikes had a hard time finding the place."

"Wunderschönes Hotel in bester Lage, aber trotzdem ruhig.
Das ist eins der schönsten Hotels, in dem wir bisher übernachtet haben. Wir haben bei Ankunft sogar ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen und hatten dann einen schönen Ausblick auf den Pool.
Das Frühstück war fantastsich - von mexikanisch bis koreanisch war alles dabei und war jeden Morgen ein Highlight.
Das Hotel ist zwar am Alona Beach, aber ganz am Ende und entsprechend ruhig, trotzdem ist man fußläufig überall schnell.

Very noisy and irritating vibrating sound from the room next door due to maintenance/repairs. Got transferred to another room/floor next to housekeeping room - irritating also due to constant door closing/opening, so back to the same problem. Staff needs training to at least upgrade to a better room, discount to bar, etc. when...
