"The Zuri Hotel is located near SM mall, which was a plus as we went there for food, shopping, groceries, haircuts. We were placed on the third floor, which was right above their event center, and unfortunately, they had an event on the first night that we stayed there which was very loud and where you can feel the vibration from the music. "We got the suite room and when we got into the room there was pool of water on the floor which I almost trip into. I called housekeeping and we waited for awhile for them to clean up. I called the housekeeper whom I saw out outside. He took some pictures."
