"We had a fantastic stay. By far the best hotel we stayed at during our month in the Philippines. The hotel has been completely renovated and only opened in November 2025. Everything is new and beautifully designed. The staff are all incredibly attentive and make sure you have an amazing stay. Since it is new, there are still a few minor points that could be improved, but nothing significant. We will definitely be coming back!"

The kitchen is equip like it’s your own home . There is a large patio by the pool and water is crystal clean cause they clean and scrub it everyday. I highly recommend this place. "

"Condo, had no hand towels, had no towel or soap racks in bathroom the lighting was very poor in the bathroom, the tv could never be turned off nor the volume changed. The property said it was on the beach but was a full kilometer away and you had to pay $350 pesos to use the beach, they required you eat their food and drink their drinks, but ran out of beer and menu items. The beach was roped off so you could only swim out about 200’, not a good experience "

Living room with large TV Netflix, Youtube Full kitchen La Mirada is at walking distance to the beach, LG garden walk with many restaurants and Mactan Newtown. "Pleasantly surprised by how good the breakfast was, we had it every morning and they had slightly different options every morning which was nice. Our room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttles run throughout the resort all the time & free. Security at the gate was also really nice and we made friends with some of them. We felt really safe at our stay, gated resort. Would definitely book again. One of the nicer & affordable resorts on Bora. It was right across from the city mall too which also had an ATM and restaurants, and anything else you could need."

"Have stayed here here multiple times on travels to Cebu. It is a decent mid-tier property and extremely convenient to the Ayala Mall which can keep you occupied and fed with so many dining options. The staff are all extremely happy and pleasant when dealing with you. And several remember me from prior visits. The buffet meals are good food with many options/selections at each meal. (Breakfast was included in my rate). Room service was a good experience as well. My one "Pet Peeve" is they don't provide a "hand towel" in the bathroom...Only Bath towels. That issue was easily "self-corrected" with a $2 USD (100P) purchase at Ayala."
