"The best selling point is the staff - very respectful, attentive and will provide service above and beyond. Room - provided with daily cleaning but I had mites bite and ended up seeing a dermatologist for treatment. Wifi was the biggest problem - no access the entire stay and I was told that there are too many users that slows down the service- this has to be improved especially there are frequent conferences and events held in the hotel. "The hotel have issue in their AC for 4 days prior to our arrival, however we didn’t get information about this, and they only have one fan to be provided in one room. Upon checking out we did inform the front desk about our room is terribly warm, and we hope they did inform us about their AC issue, however the front desk mentioned she didn’t know about the AC problem, and made us look like we are making story, as most the staff the help us did told us it’s been 4th day that the AC unit is not...
