Room - provided with daily cleaning but I had mites bite and ended up seeing a dermatologist for treatment. Wifi was the biggest problem - no access the entire stay and I was told that there are too many users that slows down the service- this has to be improved especially there are frequent conferences and events held in the hotel. "The location is perfect for travelers who flies out of Mactan. The property has a shuttle to bring you to the airport even on a very early flight. I was in the airport at 4a.m. The hotel offers also to go breakfast day prior my trip which was thoughtful, but I declined - too early. As to accommodation -size of the room is perfect and clean, the only concern is the tv does not totally shut off in the evening, I have to unplug it - I might not know how to shut it off.
