"Valerie and Laurent went out of their way to ensure we had a very enjoyable stay. The room was large and comfortable with a wide balcony affording great views of the ocean. The road there is steep and winds around but we had no problems driving there. Being sround 7km from central Papeete, it is close enough to drive there and to get to the ferries to Mo'orea. It is away from the congestion of Papeete, making it a relaxing place to stay."

"Spacious 3 bedroom villa with great air conditioning in bedrooms, wonderful deck and plunge pool. Handy to have washing machine. Close to good restaurants. Welcome guide would be helpful or more communication with host / front desk re garbage etc. We had no mosquitoes and sat outside at dusk and in the evenings. Wonderful stay!"

"This is a great property if you wish to explore the south side of the island, or if you have your own vehicle. Unfortunately it is NOT 2.5 miles from the airport or the cruise ship port. It is on the opposite side of the island, Depending on traffic, a 90 - 150 minute drive. $115 taxi drive. You can get a 3 day tourist bus pass for 1 franc (a bus ride is 4 francs) but the busses stop running at 4:00 local time. The closest grocery store (outstanding selection of fresh fruit & veggies, meats, and...

"This pension is run by a family. They were lovely and we felt part of the family when we left a week later. The owner cooks for you if you request it. By the way healthy meals, delicious, and well balanced. You can have breakfast as well if you let them know the day prior. I highly recommend this place situated in a quiet area where relaxation takes absolute center place"

"Unit directly on the beach was great. Very quiet and relaxing stay."

"Overall, I thought it was nice and comfortable. Google maps originally took me to the wrong place, but we got it sorted out. They seem to have a fair number of animals - besides a couple of dogs and a cat, I definitely heard a rooster as well. So it could be a little disruptive overnight when you're trying to sleep if you're not used to that sort of thing."

"IL n'y a aucun soucis á se faire ici"

"We had the most memorable stay thanks to the wonderful host, Kiki. So friendly and welcoming. The room was immaculate. Extremely clean and the communal kitchen area was well stocked with everything you can think of. It’s so nice to have a full kitchen available to help lower the overall costs of a vacation (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker…) And having washing machine made a huge difference. We were able to pack less and keep our beach towels clean😊. You cannot beat the location. The...

"Place was very nice. Had a few stairs to climb up to the front door. Parking area was grass and lava rocks which you can park close to the stairs if mobility is a concern. Backyard does have the ocean cove right there. Only provided two large bath towels for a two night stay. I didn't request more towels so I don't know if that would be available. Wash cloths would have been nice. No closets or dressers, but some shelves. I rented a car at the airport because I don't know how easy it would be to...

"This place is magical. Beautifully landscaped, the decor and layout is inviting and original. The owner, Martine, was incredibly helpful with any needs we had, full of tips on what to do and proud to share her knowledge of the place. It is a tranquil oasis, interrupted only by the clucking of roaming chickens and roosters. Perfect for a relaxing get away in paradise."

"We had a fabulous stay here. If you are a Hilton or sofitel person this place isn't a fit for you. If you want a safe clean space with good amenities I highly recommend it. For the price point is unbeatable. Room has a full kitchen which is pretty great. Secure easy parking. Mark is amazing and happy to share his knowledge. We felt very welcome here and loved our stay."

"Owner was helpful and recommended places to eat or buy food and places to explore in the area"
