"Always an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious rooms, extremely helpful staff. Great food. And of course the elephant experiences. The hotel had to react to the government disallowing elephant rides, and they added several new experiences. A few things such as the light switches, AC control etc. are a bit aged by now, but that doesn't take away from the overall top rating."

"tempat yang strategis, dekat dengan restaurant dan cafe, dan ada supermarket sebelahnya sehingga mudah untuk membeli keperluan yg kita butuhkan waktu travelling. Manisan restaurant dihotel menyenangkan,, dikelilingin oleh pemandangan sawah. Sayang sekali , gordyn yang untuk penutup kamar mandi,, berbau tidak sedap seperti bau lembab,, dan jg extra bed yg kami pesan kayaknya ada tungau karena anak sy setelah tidur di ranjang itu,, keesokan harinya gatal gatal"

"Area was quiet with close proximity to the monkeys. Staff was super amazing and they great you with complimentary juice. Breakfast was great, rooms had the mosquito net which was absolutely necessary. Loved it"

Yang perlu diperhatikan adalah kondisi lantai k.mandi yg terlalu datar, tidak menurun ke saluran pembuangan. Akibatnya, setiap kali mandi, pasti ada air yg tergenang di lantai. "Check in was fine. Room was not that clean and had many things broken. For the price of this place I was very shocked. We rented scooters from their security staff per their recommendation. The first scooters they gave us were in horrible condition. We asked for better ones. They gave us worse ones. We ended up breaking down and it took us 3 hours to get back. They still wanted to charge us full price for these rentals. Staff is nice, food was good and views amazing. "

"Good location. Not too far away from town center. Hotel offers shuttle to go to the Ubud town center. Very nice and friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner are excellent!"
