The staff were friendly and able to help us with any questions we had, also in terms of booking a taxi for our (very early) morning flight. The location is only 5 minutes walk from the City Hall and river. Don’t be put off by the hill as it is very quick to get down and worth it in the evening for the views. There’s an excellent restaurant at the base called Inat Kuca. "
