"Although it was clean the room that I had this time needed some upgrading, for example there was no toilet roll holder, just holes in the wall where it had been, grout was missing between the bathroom floor tiles. The walk from the car park was completely dark and uneven/potholed. That made it unsafe. However, the staff made up for the poor impression that condition of the premises. Very good breakfast and good service."

The rooms were adequate overall, although unfortunately the heater in my room was broken, so it was a little cold during the stay. "Had to attempt to check in x3 times to room not being ready at 2pm - stated hotel was busy, however others being allocated rooms straight away who were on a conference. "

"Conveniently located in the centre of Sanbach with easy access to shops etc. A large free car park and EV charging were a pleasant bonus. The breakfast was weighted towards hot cooked food and the cold buffet poor, it needs more fruit, yogurt, croissants and more interesting breads."

"We paid for an upgrade but it was a fairly standard room with a view of the car park. Having said that, the staff were very pleasant, the room was clean, bed comfortable and an excellent power shower. Buffet style breakfast was delicious with additional items freshly prepared if requested. I would happily stay again."
