"Amazing staff really helpful and lovely hotel and breakfast. Th only let down was the public toilets jn the lobby. From checking in to checking out (24 hrs) the mens and ladies loos remained dirty. (Stains in all loos) no loo rolls and a pair of old shoes disgarded in ladies. They were grim and e told mmbers of staff at the night time bar. My partner was quite shocked to see the mens in the same state on checkout today. That needs addressing as otherwise a perfect stay. "
