"Wonderful property, peaceful and clean with amazing in town location. Room was nice. Check- in and out were smooth and easy, with very kind staff. Parking is an issue and extra cost, as we are sure is with most old town properties, information about other options for parking would help on the site etc. Breakfast was good, not great (parfaits were nice, hard boiled eggs and waffles are nice choices and OK), staff were kind and helpful. If high traffic there is a bit of a wait for the waffles."

"The Artist house was a pleasurable stay. We stayed 1 night in the only 2 bedroom and it was an experience! When we checked in Sophie was AMAZING! She was so informative and sweet. She really took customer service to the next level!!!
My dad and I went for a father/daughter trip and it was just perfect! The location is central to EVERYTHING, the price was right, and we will be returning."

"The Garden House was a quaint, yet surprisingly comfortable villa. It was very lovely and peaceful. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to fully experience Key West life, as it was close to everything. No vehicle needed. Parking would have been difficult if we had brought a car."

"Be aware room is very small, you can barely go around the bed and the bathroom is even smaller.
We didn’t need much more as we stayed only 2 nights but it’s good to know if you like your space.
Breakfast is good but starts at 8:30 which was too late for us the first morning as we had activities to attend.
Staff is very nice."
