We did not go to the pools. We went to the beach when we went in the water. Parking was good.

The staff were nice. The rooms were very dated and need remodeling. Carpet was dirty on the stairs and things like the bathroom had several scratches on the cabinets, corners looked grimy along with the main door. Old room keys were used, no housekeeping was provided. The resort has a nice pool and dock area. You will need a rental car or golf cart before it’s a distant from many of the attractions.

The room was ok. Shower curtain and the door curtain need washed as do the walls. I did not find bed bugs however there may be fleas around the property from the stray cats. The discription of the pools state they are heated, however both pools were ice cold. Housekeeping is not available at this location and the only time I interacted with staff was at check in and check out. During those interactions, I found the staff to be pleasant. I have not received my deposit back yet, and I certainly hope I do. The condo was cute and overall a decent place to stay for a few days.

The property manager Jenny" was very rude and disrespectful. She claiming we were making noises was not even the room.

This was a very middle range option in terms of a stay. Not the fanciest one but when on a budget this is a good option. There was a few things we were unhappy with but overall I would stay again if I had to. We were promised on the listing we could park 2 cars and when we get there, they then told us it would cost us $25 per day for an extra pass. The room was okay and clean but not the best. Wifi was slow, beds were uncomfortable and there was limited ac upstairs. Like I said, not the fanciest, but gets the job done. I enjoyed the pool and the dock areas a lot. It’s definitely not a “resort” in terms of the services or amenities but it’s a place to stay.

For me and my family it was perfect place to stay -easy access to roads-good quiet location which I loved-easy access to elevator and to our apartment . Our Boys loved fishing at the dock -loved kitchen for making breakfast in the morning and nice clean pools at evening after hot days, nice and clean rooms -little problem with ac but resolved in a minutes - thank you for having us and for all hard working people-appreciate everything 💕

Horrible stay management would not clean our room and wouldn’t give me a refund. If I could upload videos I would show the all the termite wings that were on the bed. I would never recommend anyone to stay at that hotel.

Jenny the manager was very responsive when we had questions. Resort was nice with comfortable beds; we had a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with full kitchen. Kitchen had everything! Definitely would stay again.

Great Coconuts

Very comfortable,clean and secure. Perfect location for all your needs. Unique in amenities. Nice swimming pool with spa. Marina was a pleasant surprise. Fishing is allowed. Our only disappointment was the toiletries. Very watered down and of poor quality. Next time we bring our own. We will be back each time we visit Key West.

Great property for families. Only downside - if you have a room about be, you can hear everything. So ask for higher rent rates m. Great location, spacious chairs nod and super clean. Loved self cater/clean unit!!

Great place overall and would definitely come back. Only major complaint is they don’t exchange towels. Apparently and old Covid policy that has never been reversed. Kind of annoying when you are staying for a full week and have to go to the laundromat to wash your own towels. But they did offer us late checkout at 11am vs 10am, so that was nice.

Ok place to stay

Our stay at Mallory was OK. We loved the chickens! It is a long way from where the action is. Very few restaurants close by. Just understand where you are staying. We used Lyft and that was convenient as parking in the main part of the city is very difficult.
