"I had an ocean front suite is was wonderful. The room was very clean and well presented. I ate the restaurant a few times during my stay and it was perfect everytime. I also used the fitness center and valet and everything was wonderful. "

"Covered parking is available. Pool area Is ok. Tiny fridge with complimentary waters by pool but no one refills it. Plenty of pool towels available.Suite was not what had been pictured, much smaller. Tiny fridge. One small closet with few hangers, iron and board. Kitchen equipment is sparse and not very clean. Tiny noisy dishwasher. Coffee pods never refilled. Pull out sofa bed was serviced only one out of 4 nights. No one from housekeeping ever cleaned anything at all in bathroom or kitchen except trash. Had to request enough shower gel, shampoo, conditioner for 4 people and received 12 tubes of shampoo in a bag. Housekeeping really lacking in all aspects. Terraces do face ocean but very noisy with major multi lane roadway in between hotel and water. Air conditioning smelled like cigarette smoke every night and pretty noisy- blower stays on constantly. Location Requires golf cart or car to reach downtown. Cost was high for an all around below average experience. Would not go again. "

"The beach area isn't swimmable and the maid does not come to clean the room daily or bring new towels. Other than that, the room was clean and the pool was great! Both restaurants on the property are amazing. Highly recommend Tavern Town for breakfast."

"We stayed in the Adults ONLY Duval Gardens. We enjoyed the privacy and location on Duval Street. It was nice to have the option of the amenities at the resort for the different pools and beach access. Free breakfast too! We would stay here again. The room was clean, staff is friendly no beach view at the Duval Gardens but you are right on Duval Street where all the restaurants and shopping are. No phones either, staff was accessible through text."
