"I called to ask for a different room after seeing ants everywhere, they were ghost ants common in Fl. I know because we live in Fl. The front desk did move us to another room but didn't think there were that many ants. The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff was excellent but for the price they could have better quality furniture. Our first experience at the bar was unusual. Leo acknowledged us and then served the people who came in after us first. We almost got up and left when the lady who you can hardly hear took our order. We asked for an app and burgers to come later, but all our food came at once. We went to the bar only one other time after that. The bike rental guy super nice but for the bike guy, and cleaning ladies you didn't feel welcomed, example a hello when you were in the lobby or welcome back, or how is your stay. Even a call to the room the next day to see if the room was okay. I'm convinced everything I learned about customer service back in my day has been thrown out the door. The location to downtown and the beaches were a win. Just was expecting better from Margaritaville"

"We had a great stay at this resort. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting in and out. It’s right across from the ocean, so you can enjoy beautiful sea views just steps away. The resort has two swimming pools, which makes it perfect for families traveling together. The front desk and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Jose at the front desk, he was very professional and helpful throughout our stay. For Key West, this unit offers very good value for the price, especially considering the location and amenities. The only downside is that rooms facing the main road can be a bit noisy. For guests who are sensitive to noise, I would recommend requesting a room further inside the property. "
