The front desk staff was very friendly, the bartenders were great and the pool area was nice enough. Some things were just very worn out and needed replacement. The rooms were nice and the air condition worked well. The rooms weren’t cleaned very well though. The floors were in needs of cleaning/mopping but I think the house keepers were overwhelmed with the number of rooms that needed cleaning. The beach across the street was easily accessible through construction barriers. There was a lot of construction going on but it was not noisy while I was there.

The concierge was super helpful, the entire staff was super friendly. Fresh oranges, limes and lemons by the ice machine made for a nice snack when walking back from the beach. Green apples in the gym for a pre workout were a nice surprise. Pool was nice, the iguanas even seemed friendly. Good times

We got an ocean view room which had a large palm tree in front of. The “view” was of the parking lot and the room had no privacy curtain I felt everyone can see in easily. Deff don’t pay for upgraded room it’s pointless.

This is not a 5 star resort on any planet. It has a pool, which any highway motel usually also does. They charge a very steep "resort fee" but if you go to the beach you have to pay for chairs and umbrellas. The fee is for a pool, c'mon. Oh they may have cookies too, so i guess $100 is fair... no it isn't. Just a scam to advertise a lower price than the actual price.

This resort is absolute paradise! A couple minute walk from the beach, very quiet at night, their restaurant is very affordable and the food is amazing. All the staff is kind and welcoming. My fiancé and I will definitely be back here in the future.

The hallways were musky smelling and carpets dirty. But I think that is probably due to the environment. The hotel shower didn’t drain well and you ended up standing in 6inches of water. The staff was excellent and very friendly. It was great that they offered free shuttle from airport and downtown. It was a great experience and would come back.

The staff was excellent. The bartenders were fantastic. The coffee in the morning is Italian. It’s free. It’s very good they give you free bottled water in the rooms. I can’t say enough about how great this place was. I have stayed in many hotels and been up charge for every little thing, and met with attitudes it could be improved. Margaritaville beach resort is an exception to that rule and I would highly recommend to anyone to consider them for your next vacation option.

I was very disappointed with the pool area. The photos make it look huge but it was very small. It was very crowded and hard to get a spot in the pool. We tried to eat at the restaurant, after a few minutes of waiting to be seated we sat for 10 minutes and never saw a waitress so we left. The staff was great! It was the easiest check in I have had. They were very friendly and efficient. I did like the room. It was a good size, the seating area was great and the bathroom was spacious.

A cross the street from Smathers beach, Margaritaville offers free shuttle to and from the airport. Additionally hourly drop off and pickup from the Waterfront brewery, located close to the top of Duval st is provided free to guests.

Great hotel. Two steps away from the beach. Shuttle to downtown every hour. The Property was good. Rooms was up to date with modern Caribbean design. Very very cute. Pool area was great. Small pool but big enough. There is a restaurant on the property with a happy hour, great coctail and delicious fiah tacos. You can grab a bite around the pool or sit down in the dining area. Hotel is giving caribian vibz. Great fir family and couples.

The staff was incredible and so nice! Extremely accommodating and really strive to make it the best experience possible. The food and drinks were really expensive, so we mostly went out for those, but otherwise the hotel was amazing! We had a great time and will definitely be back!
