Amazing staff, very helpful. Grounds were lovely, beautiful property in the heart of Duval St. historic district, a block off the action. Stayed in owner’s suite, nice large room, kitchen was lacking a bit in some basics, but ultimately we weren’t there long enough to really matter. We had a great stay, would highly recommend for charm and location.

What i did not like was the fact that the sheets did not fit the bed. They were too small and as soon as you laid down or rolled over they popped off making sleeping uncomfortable and difficult. The bathroom was very old and could use some updating.

Florida should really regulate what quantifies as a resort. There is nothing that resembles a resort at this facility. The hotel is rundown. The hotel is in desperate need of maintenance. For 500 a night, take my resort fee out of that expense. Definitely not a resort on any magnitude, breakfast is subpar. New beds are needed, furniture rundown, a/c; ha!

Very small room, the bathroom was not clean for our standard and could use a remodel, the room was very small. I know rosters will crow but a little sound proofing will help, at least offer earplugs.

Staff was excellent! Patrick was the evening Manager and he was excellent! The grounds were very well manicured and the environment is relaxing. The one thing that I think would be helpful would be to upgrade the bathrooms. However, it did not affect our stay. I cannot wait to go back!

Was a bit disappointed based on the price. You could see light around the door of our room. The shade on the door was white and didn't block light. This would not be bad except for the fact that the pool lights are left on 24/7. The shade in the window on the gazebo side would not close all the way and the gazebo area lights are also on 24/7. The tv was 32" and the lowest quality I've seen since before cable. We also could not hear it when the air conditioner came on (which was constant since the door would not create a seal) as the air conditioner put out an average of 87db of sound. I had to download a meter to confirm. The paint in the bathroom is blistering in need of repair. The floors are noticeably slanted. The dresser side was 7 degrees. I'm not sure what the cleaning crew did since we walked in to a dead bug on the floor in the path to the bathroom on the one day they came in (I know they don't come in until after the second night). The bath towels were 4' x 3' and paper thin and we only got 2. It may be because our room was right outside the main building but we got no tour of the facility and were only pointed to the general location.

The property was available at the last minute for an unexpected day at a great price. It was not just a last minute room, we got a whole floor with a spiral staircase, to ourselves. It slept 4 but we were only 2. Patrick was awesome and perfect for welcoming guests. I love the charm and history of the property architecture and layout, while having all the modern amenities we all expect. Met some very fun people at the hot tub! First time in Key West and will definitely stay here for my next trip.

The Cabana Inn has a relaxed vibe. Nice breakfast in the morning and wine and cheese in the afternoon. The staff is easy going and friendly. The turtle and bird residence are fun to check in with daily. The location is outstanding.

location location location good breakfast bar, coffee and tea the roosters crow all night to each other secure limited free parking spaces compared to occupancy availability. Parking costs $37.50 per 24 hrs in an adjacent lot next to the Inn. Overall recommend this property

This is our seventh stay at Cabana. The place is great and we will continue to return in the future. Some of the property looks a bit dated or worn since the last time we were there five years ago, but the rooms are still clean and the staff continues to be as friendly as ever. The morning wake-up call from the roosters is an added bonus!

Razoável, atendimento ruim, diária cara pelo que oferece, chegamos a noite e após o check in a pessoa da recepção simplesmente foi embora, quarto muito pequeno, não há limpeza diária, apenas se você ficar hospedado mais de 2 dias, não arrumam o quarto, ou trocam toalhas, banheiro pequeno, ficamos no piso superior e a luz da rua entrava pela porta do quarto iluminando o quarto na hora de dormir, pagamos pelo estacionamento do hotel, que são poucas vagas, apenas 8 e por várias vezes ao chegarmos de um passeio havia carro estacionado na vaga que havíamos pago. Ponto favorável é que fica perto das principais atrações o que pode ser feito a pé!
