"Room was clean. The outside was not sketchy and there was a gas station riht next door. The free breakfast included waffles, eggs, sausages, pastries and juices/coffee. If in Patterson again I will stay."

"The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It had a kitchen, but absolutely no kitchen items. Not even a coffee maker or cups for coffee (not even paper cups to use in the microwave for tea). I believe you can borrow a coffee maker but you need to bring your own cups and coffee. There is a Starbucks close by. We had 2 small bath towels and 2 wash cloths, no hand towels or bathmat. I'm not sure if these would be provided if we asked. Our room was on the 4th floor. "The breakfast had a pretty good selection. Fried and boiled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, yogurts, bananas, toast and bagels, cereal, muffins, juice and coffee. Room was big, bed comfy. It took a while for water to get hot, but then it was nice and hot. Pool is tiny, hot tub okay but could have been hotter. The hallway carpets need to be shampood, they were pottery dirty. All in all, for one night, it was a great place! "
