"What I didn't like was my room was on the 3rd floor, and me and my girlfriend were woken up by rude guest yelling, laughing very loud in the hallway, banging doors, i frequently stay there and am very disappointed."

"Dead bugs in the tub. Zero hot water in the sink or shower. The toilet did not completely flush EVER. Third party to reach to get WiFi. Room was freezing. Had the room heater on 90 for the first 6 hours to get the room warm-ish. Mattress was not great. The dual charger by the nightstand did not work. Had to unplug the fridge to plug in my phone. Sink by the door in a tiny nook. Sink marble and backsplash weren’t even similar. Construction was going on."

"Checked in at 3pm, was told by the front staff that our room is not ready and will need another 20 min. So we stepped out to have dinner , and came back at 8pm, room still not ready. Asked the front staff, he had no answer why and left for about an hour and a half before returning with a room. Now inside the room, was an unfinished renovation project, the whole room smelled like paint and construction.
