"When we got to our room, there was a stain on the bed, no toilet paper anywhere to be found, the carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed, cushions on the chairs were hanging off. Overall, it felt like a very dirty room. We were supposed to spend 4 nights at the lodge and we ended up spending 30 minutes there and leaving to book a room at the hotel down the road for 4 nights instead. "

"When booking this place looked great for our needs.....but after paying and getting checkin info we found out the pool was closed but yet there were people swimming but our key cards would not open the door. 1 of 3 of our cards worked at all. They said there was parking for trailers and showed a large parking lot but thats not the one for trailers we had to park about 2 miles away and walk back. "Not a pleasant experience. We booked this place and was notified less than 48 hours prior that they accidentally overbooked due to computer error and cancelled our reservation. Management was less than friendly nor did they try to find us another accommodation. A simply "sorry" is poor customer service which left us in a bind at the last minute. Will not book here again. "

"Staff was wonderful! The rooms are definitely old, strong smell of old smoke in the air. Odd setup of the room. Not quite inviting, yet not completely off putting. It was a safe place to spend the night. I’ve definitely stayed in worse and in better. Wouldn’t plan a long stay or plan to stay in the room more than just for basic sleeping and showering. "

"The mountain view was amazing. We went skiing in Loveland, and the distance was great. The restaurant next to the inn had great pizza. The only downside was the hot tub curfew at 9:30. I understand the need for rules, but for adults who aren’t causing a disturbance, I feel like the curfew should be later."

"This condo had been updated and interior was very nice with view of river run gondola and slopes. . Needs a new shower head as the way the stream breaks up makes the water slight warmer than lukewarm. Tv in bedroom would freeze, not sure if it was dish issue ir tv issue. Ski locker room was great with plenty of room. Steam room in garden floor was not working during our stay which. Was a bummer, and there were no pool/hot tub towels on Sunday. Be patient for elevators bc they are slow. "

"The unit was clean enough, the couch was so uncomfortable, the master bed was hard, windows were broken and unable to open. The master bathtub did not drain while showering. The unit is literally right next to the pool, our first night there were loud drunk people there that did not leave at the mandatory 10pm time."
