We arrived a bit early but the lovely receptionist asked for our room to be cleaned as a priority and provided coffee and delicious biscuits while we waited. The room was the one with the balcony and was wonderful. Very spacious and quiet despite some children being in the large room down in the garden nearby but we only heard them when outside. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It offers a ton of fantastic activities for kids, the food is great with good variety, and the main pool temperature was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended, especially for kids up to age 9.
Room for improvement: The water in the slides was a bit chilly; it would be great if they heated them a little more.

All is great, beautiful views over looking the lake, except room upkeep needs abit of attention , for example tea and coffee supplies were not replenished and the cleaning wasn't thorough. Other than that all was great.
