"Great location, comfortable bed, loved the little treats, all the staff we encountered were amazing. So friendly."

"Gorgeous retro style rooms, very comfy bed, wonderful staff & close to Te Papa Museum and other attractions. Right in Oriental Bay where you can walk for miles around the waterfront of you want. Would definitely stay here again."

"Laundry and full kitchen in the apartment-style rooms were excellent. Sauna/spa/pool was a great addition."

"I booked a King room 7 months in advance and fully paid through expedia. I didn't get the room I booked and when asked why I was told the hotel was fully booked and that I had booked a wheelchair access room, which I hadn't. The staff had no real solution and kept saying I had booked the wrong room. They then admitted it was an error between their system and Expedia. An offer of a complemntay bottle of wine or at the very least an apology would have gone a long way. Neither were forthcoming....

"We had stayed there before, we came back to stay again and we will come back!"

"Love the room and friendly staffs. The place is very affordable and accessible to everything."

"Great location to Wellington city. Very spacious rooms, everything you need."

"Good location and easy booking and check in"

"Only issue was a little hot, so either turn down central thermostat or open windows. Otherwise beautiful stay and place. Perfect location."

"Cosa, comfortable room. Very clean. Helpful staff. Breakfast wasn't available."

"Don’t order the room service curry unless you can tolerate super spicy food. Should have come with a 5 chilli spice level warning. I had an upset stomach, sweating and couldn’t get to sleep."

"Location was close to waterfront, Te Papa Museum, Takina Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre, short walk to Courtenay Place and handy to New World for drinks and snacks etc... Appreciated the sauna, gym, pool and spa. Valet parking was handy. Staff were friendly and had good advice on where to eat. The room was spacious, and addition of a small couch (rather than a metal chair with no cushion) to watch the sea views from would be nice. Bathroom was tight with shower and bath. ...

"Front desk staff were courteous and helpful Liked the stack car parking. It worked really well. Enjoyed being close to shops and restaurants and the waterfront wasn’t far away. Like having a washer and dryer Did not like: - no windows opened and air became stale - 2 chairs to watch tv from were small and uncomfortable - no bedside lamps - dryer not vented so when drying clothes the bathroom sweats"
