"Pen was phenomenal. English-speaking and very helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Pen made our stay wonderful. This is a beautiful resort in the middle of nowhere, which was just the getaway we were looking for. We did get a taxi to White Sand Beach one day and I was glad we didn’t stay there because it was too touristy. At night at Parama, all you can hear are birds and frogs. Paradise. "

"Just got back from Kooncharaburi Resort Koh Chang and wow… what an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly, helpful and made check-in so easy. The whole place feels green and peaceful, surrounded by trees and right by the sea. Perfect spot if you just want to chill, relax, and escape the city noise. "Amazing location, at the end of the beach so lovey and quiet. The staff an incredible and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Great music from Robert! We had a great jam! Only annoying thing was the fridge wasn’t on a separate socket so went off every time the bungalow was locked. Overall though it was exceptional and we will be back! "

"We took a beach villa, stunning views and at high tide about 10m from the sea, it was disappointing to have beach goers meters from our villa from 8am making noise and taking our privacy away but the beach, the view and the staff made up for it and we enjoyed our stay"
