"Nothing short of incredible. Amazing, expansive villa with a great pool, comfy bed, huge bathroom (one of two!) and smart TV. Staff were so warm and helpful, really great service. Food and drink were great. Beautiful property. Check-in was smooth and they even let us in an hour and a half early which was a delight since we were only there for two nights. "Horrible experience overall. The only positive thing was the architecture which was very nice. However, they only have one elevator near the lobby. If you have mobility issues, you will have to walk up two or three floors or walk a long way to the one elevator and back to your room. Worst hotel in our trip. Definately not 5 stars.
