"Overall it was a decent stay with very kind and accommodating staff. The biggest issue is the sound proofing between rooms and the corridor. The room doors are so heavy that they slam closed ensuring you hear every entrance/exit on your floor. They cater mainly to families so if you are looking to avoid screaming kids, this is not the place for you. There is an abundance of checked-out parents letting their kids go wild and being rude to staff. I personally wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel...

"I booked 2 jacuzzi villas, that were nothing like the pictures. The villas were old, the bathroom so old that the shower head was only allowing water to come out through half of his small openings. At night there was a sewage smell coming from the shower drain. Breakfast is poor, only the egg station that is okay. Yogurt left out the entire time, in the heat. When something finishes something else is brought out - for example there were baked potatoes with cheese but the moment they finished...

"I had an early morning departure from Krabi Airport, so I stayed one night at this hotel, which offered free transportation to and from the airport. "This location is phenomenal. Right on a beautiful beach. But there is not much to do so if your not into just being chill it may not be for you. Not to be petty but the staff work against this place they are Pinching every penny and limit towels, sheet changes, shampoo replacement and yes even toilet paper. This stingy approach takes some of the shine off what otherwise is a really great place. "

"Not as what advertised. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. All they did was made the bed and refill water. There was mess under the bed, and the bathroom map was smelly the whole time. They need to do better. In addition the breakfast was not worth the price. 4.5 out of. 10"
